(E).-In the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 08/2013-Central Excise (N.T.), dated the 23rd May, 2013, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 336(E), dated the 23rd May, 2013, in line 4, in Para 1, for, “[G.S.R. 467 dated 26th June, 2001]”, read “[G.S.R. 467 (E), dated 26th June, 2001]”.
